In the introductory cinematic for Grand Prix mode, Dracula Bomber arrives on Planet Bomber alongside Pyramid Head Bomber and Anubis Bomber to judge the strength of the planet's representative competitors, the Bomberman Brothers. Believing them to be weak, he and his allies begin an assault, but they are stopped by Vic Viper Bomber, Simon Belmont Bomber, and Jehuty Bomber. After Belmont Bomber gives White his memory cartridge, White uses the Vampire Killer to strike Dracula Bomber, leaving a mark on his hand. Impressed by this power, he vows to challenge the heroes at the Big Bang Grand Prix.
He considers the Big Bang Grand Prix to be less of a contest and more of a "battle to the death" to determine the "ruler of the stars".
Dracula Bomber's special ability is Dark Curse (魔の呪印, ma no noroi shirushi, literally "Demon's Curse Mark"). With a press of the button, he will place a magic circle on the square he occupies. After spawning, the circle becomes invisible. Up to four circles may be placed. When a fifth circle is placed, the oldest circle will be dispelled. Circles do not dispel on their own.
If a bomb is placed on a magic circle, the bomb will be kicked in the direction that Dracula Bomber was facing when he created the circle. The circle becomes temporarily visible when this happens. It remains active after its effect has been triggered, so multiple bombs may be deflected by the same circle.
All magic circles disappear if Dracula Bomber is eliminated.

- Dracula Bomber is based off of the iteration of Dracula seen in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, a Konami title.
- In update 2.1 on June 27, 2018, Dracula Bomber's Dark Curse was modified significantly. Originally, each magic circle would disappear automatically after thirty seconds. Additionally, in the update, the "lag" after the circle is placed was reduced from 0.5 seconds to 0.3 seconds, and the speed of the kicked bomb was increased from 6 to 6.6.
